Cloud Collective is a hospitality development, design and management platform creating a new generation of experiential, nature-immersive resorts and lifestyle brands across Asia-Pacific and beyond. Our work sits at the intersection of design, culture, landscape, community and experience.
We are seeking a Head of Brand & Marketing to lead how Cloud Collective — and our growing portfolio of brands and properties — show up in the world.
This is a hands-on role for a hungry, energetic, highly creative marketer with exceptional taste and a strong point-of-view. Someone who understands both brand and performance, who can tell beautiful stories, build desire, and translate brand into real commercial impact.
You will sit at the centre of our platform, shaping narrative, positioning, visual identity, campaigns, and launches — while working closely with our leadership, brand, design, development, operations, commercial and on-property teams.
THE ROLE
This role is intentionally broad and split across three interconnected pillars:
1) Cloud Collective (Platform Brand)
Build Cloud Collective into a recognised, credible and aspirational platform.
2) Portfolio of Brands
Collaborate with leadership on brand creation, stewardship and evolution across our portfolio of brands.
3) Properties
Drive property-level marketing in close collaboration with commercial, sales & revenue and on-site teams.
WHAT YOUʼLL DO
Platform Brand (Cloud Collective):
Own and evolve Cloud Collectiveʼs brand positioning, narrative, tone of voice and visual identity
Build awareness and reputation with investors, partners, landowners, designers, operators and media
Lead content strategy across website, social, presentations, proposals, press and thought leadership
Oversee PR, communications and strategic partnerships in collaboration with external agencies
Ensure all touchpoints feel cohesive, premium and distinctly “Cloud Collectiveˮ Portfolio Brands (Creation & Stewardship):
Lead brand creation for new resort brands (naming, positioning, identity, narrative, brand books)
Own brand standards in collaboration with design, operations and experience teams
Ensure brands translate clearly into architecture, interiors, F&B, wellness, programming, service style
Act as long-term brand steward — evolving brands without diluting their essence
Shape go-to-market strategies and brand launch plans for new brands and new markets Properties (Marketing Strategy & Select Execution)
Define property-level marketing strategies aligned with each brandʼs positioning
Partner with commercial, sales & revenue teams to drive demand, distribution and performance
Guide content direction for property websites, social channels, photography, video and storytelling
Support major campaign moments, openings, repositionings and seasonal pushes
Provide oversight and mentoring to property-level marketing resources and agencies
WHAT YOUʼLL BRING
5-10 years experience across brand and marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, travel, fashion, design, or adjacent creative industries
Strong aesthetic sensibility and exceptional taste — you can spot what feels right (and what doesnʼt)
A natural storyteller who understands how to build emotion, desire and connection
Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
Commercially minded — understands how brand ultimately drives revenue and asset value
Highly collaborative, low-ego and comfortable working across disciplines
Entrepreneurial, proactive and energized by building things from an early stage
International outlook and cultural sensitivity
